Thanks to everyone who aassisted us with the swaps this year. The final resut was that we auctioned off the final swaps at the Treetops Montessori 21st Birthday Dinner & Auction.

The auction was a fabulous success, raising the school more than $12,000. We couldn't have done it without all your support. Thank You.

Swap 1: Now swapping a Peterkin painting

Sharon Peterkin has offered us two of her unique and popular paintings for the next swapper to choose from!
Sharon swapped the painting for the $600 day spa package. Both paintings are worth $1500, so the next swap item must be valued over $1500.
Please note - you can choose one of these paintings.

The Geisha is 1.2m x 40cm and is mixed media - acrylic (scroll down for full view)	The Bathing Beauties is acrylic on canvas, 61cm x51cm

Both paintings are on a double thick canvas and come ready to hang without being framed.

Sharon Peterkin is a Visual Artist trained to use any medium appropriate to express herself in her Art. Sharon majored in Ceramics and minored in Jewelery Design at Curtin University in Western Australia. In 2000 she attended the New York Art Licensing Fair and became interested in applying her designs onto other products.

Sharon exhibited there in 2002 and had great success in both the USA and Australia with her Brand on a range of functional giftware such as greeting cards, linen, place mats and ceramics. Her work is collected by people all over the world through an online store and Sharon is working towards an exhibition next year.

I can't keep up! I've not even had a chance to photograph the latest swap and it's been snatched out from under my nose!

Vandra was the lucky girl who scored the Darlington Estate dinner and she swapped $300 worth of photo albums and scrapbooking equipment (Creative Memories brand) for the privilege.

Shortly aftwards, keen album-maker Anne-Marie swapped that for one of her delicious professional cakes worth $400. If you have a cake need (ie anniversary, wedding or christening) then it's time to step up now!

What a cool gift for the bride-to-be in your life... a cake of her choosing, chocolate, traditional, modern, decorated, or any other way she likes it. Here's a picture of what Cakes by Anne-Marie can produce:
